Denmark spends little money on sexual health
In 2007, Denmark spent approximately DKK 20 million on prevention and sexual health – a figure that has fallen from DKK 30-35 million in the 1980s. This is far less than the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, for example. If Denmark were to spend as much as the Netherlands per citizen, we would have to spend five or six times as much money on prevention.
