In October 1914, H. Dennis Cutler made his first aerial reconnaissance over German-occupied East Africa in search of the German warship HMS Konigsberg. However, the radiator in the aircraft broke down and was forced to land – unfortunately there were no spare parts, but an old Fort T 100 km away in Mombasa had a radiator that could be used after some adaptation. He then found HMS Koningsberg in the Rufiji River.

Why were child seats invented?
